Section 1 - Online Store Terms

Section 2 - Products and Services

Our products are "print-on-demand" items fulfilled by our partner ShineOn (USA). We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Terms of Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
Shopify Payments (and associated local payment methods depending on your region)

If you choose a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment data will be processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., subject to their terms of use.

Section 5 - Retention of Title (Eigentumsvorbehalt)

The goods shall remain the property of Matchawards GbR until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Section 6 - Third-Party Tools and Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (e.g., ShineOn). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

Section 7 - Limitation of Liability

Matchawards GbR shall be liable for damages – regardless of the legal grounds – in the event of intent and gross negligence. In the event of simple negligence, we shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from the violation of a purely essential contractual obligation. In no case shall Matchawards GbR, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Section 8 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Siegen, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer usually resides remain unaffected.
