Right of Withdrawal (only EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

 

Exception for Personalized Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., engraved Awards). Since our products are manufactured on-demand by ShineOn based on your order, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" on these custom items.

 

Damages and Issues

We ensure quality. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. According to our production partner's policy, we offer a free replacement for any item that arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery.

 

How to start a return or claim

To start a return or report a damaged item, you can contact us at support@match-awards.com.

 
DO NOT send items back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. In many cases (e.g., damage), a photo is sufficient for a replacement, and no physical return is necessary.

If a physical return is legally required and approved by us, we will send you the return adress.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (or photo evidence). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
