As soon as your order is deployed, you’ll receive a E-Mail with your tracking number. You can also visit our "Track Order" page right here in the store and enter your order number to see exactly where your package is holding the angle.

For most domestic US orders, no. For international drops (like the EU or Canada), your local customs office might charge import taxes or duties. These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We don't do eco-rounds when it comes to quality. Our awards are crafted from premium, crystal-clear acrylic. It looks exactly like high-end glass but is much more durable, ensuring your award looks legendary on your desk for years to come.

Friendly fire happens sometimes during shipping! If your award arrives scratched, broken, or with a printing error, don't panic. Just send us an email with a clear photo of the damaged item within 14 days of delivery. We will craft and ship a replacement to your base absolutely free of charge.

Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, every single award is manufactured specifically for you the moment you place your order. We don't hold a stash of inventory at our base. For this reason, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse.
